At Absoleads Technical Services LLC ("we," "our," "us"), customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because we sell digital software licenses (activation keys), we have formulated a transparent refund and cancellation policy that conforms to Google Merchant Center requirements and international consumer protection standards.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
You are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:
- Non-Activation Refund: The digital license key purchased has not been activated and you request a refund within **30 days** of the purchase date.
- Defective Code Refund: In the rare event that the digital license key is invalid, blocked, or defective, and our sales team cannot provide a working replacement key.
- System Incompatibility: If you realize your operating system is incompatible with the Norton product before activating the key (within 30 days).
2. Ineligibility for a Refund
We cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Refund requests submitted after **30 days** from the transaction date.
- License keys that have already been successfully activated and registered to your personal Norton Account.
- Purchases made through third-party websites or from other resellers (refunds must be requested from the original vendor).
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our billing team at contact@absoleads.live.
- Include the subject line: **"Refund Request - Order #[Your Order Number]"**.
- Provide your full name, purchase date, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. If the code failed to activate, please attach a screenshot of the error message.
Our billing department will review your request within **24 to 48 business hours** to verify the license key's status.
4. Refund Processing and Timeline
Once your refund is approved:
- We will immediately deactivate the refunded license key, rendering it unusable.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Refunds typically appear in your account within **5 to 7 business days**, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
5. Cancellation Policy
Since we do not charge recurring subscriptions, there are no ongoing service contracts to cancel. Each purchase is a one-time charge for a fixed term (e.g. 1 Year). If you wish to cancel an order *before* the digital product key has been delivered to your email inbox, please email us immediately or call our customer line. Once the product key is delivered, it falls under the standard 30-day refund policy outlined above.
6. Abuse of Policy
We monitor refund requests to prevent fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who repeatedly purchase and request refunds for digital products, or who attempt to use activation keys after a refund has been issued.
